Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be initiated to the same payment source (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Bank Account).
Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
We follow a No Return Policy, but refunds will be considered in the following cases:
If the product received is damaged or defective.
If the wrong product was delivered.
If the order could not be processed due to stock or operational issues.
Important Conditions:
Refunds will be processed in the same mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
For COD/e-COD orders, customers must provide their bank account details to receive a refund.
Products damaged due to customer mishandling, tampering, or not in original condition will not be eligible for a refund.
Please do not accept delivery if the packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with. If damage is discovered after opening, notify our support team immediately.
